Apparently ice pops are all the rage right now, from homemade to artisan pops created by companies like people’s pops. And with the crazy hot weather we’re in the middle of, I’m thinking about making some myself. Maybe I’ll start with this recipe from Serious Eats for Peanut Butter Ice Pops. They look and sound cool, refreshing and just the teensiest bit indulgent without breaking the calorie bank (I mean we are in the middle of bikini season after all!).
